This AMV has been premiered at Japan Expo AMV Contest 2009 and got 3rd place. This is a simple AMV without anything really new or original but I think the result is ok.
This AMV has been premiered at Japan Expo AMV Contest 2010 and got 2nd place. I actually don’t have much to say about this AMV besides that it was my last AMV made with Auriga and I’ll never try to make a 720p@60 project with 2 GB RAM ever again !
Running man was made for the Akross 2008 AMV contest (2nd best video). I didn’t have much time to work on it and I used leftover footage prepared for Auriga. Yeah it’s random but even though it took me 3 months to complete it, I must say it was fun to edit this one. The name Running Man comes from the original music video. Running man is a dance move that looks both weird and awesome.
Binary Overdrive was created in collaboration with upcoming UK based dance/pop/synth sensation “Sugar Jesus”.
The initial concept of this AMV started in an informal meeting/interview between Jeremy Hindle and Andrei (Sugar Jesus Frontman, Writer, Producer, you name it…). During the afternoon Jeremy put forward the idea of possibly using AMV’s as a medium for an official music video. Andrei although unfamiliar with the territory was completely game and always up for trying new things. With the idea in it’s infancy Jeremy put together a collection of AMV’s (including some of my own I hear) for Andrei to watch and get a feel for them. Not long into the escapade Andrei piped up with a “I’ve got a track I’m working on at the moment, which will work with this. It’ll work well, really well! Let’s do this!”
